Just before using the Microplush Heated Pillow, set it to the highest temperature setting (setting 6). This will cause the Microplush Heated Pillow to warm up quickly. When using the Microplush Heated Pillow for several hours, set it to the lowest temperature setting (setting 1). The Microplush Heated Pillow switches itself off automatically after about 120 minutes. The heat indicator light then starts to flash. Then select the setting 0 and after about 5 seconds, reset the Microplush Heated Pillow to the desired temperature setting to switch it on again.
